• Identify and develop relationships with potential and new customers
• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
• Account management
• Visit new and existing customers
• Increase sales and profitability
• Responsible for staying informed on the price, ingredients, and availability of products
• Determines the appropriate product assortment based on the category strategies
• Maintains and encourages an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with an emphasis on providing fast, friendly, courteous customer service
• Generate and follow up on leads, forecast sales, monitor the competition, and recognize trends in the industry while relaying the information to the sales team
• Other duties as needed

Position Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older.

3-5 years of related experience in Bakery Field, Customer Relations or Sales.

Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required.

Must have a valid driver’s license
